Duties of the Building Inspector's Office
Issue building permits for all phases of both residential and commercial construction. Including, but not limited to, expansions, sheds, decks, additions, and pools.

Investigate violations of code compliance.

Issue Certificates of Occupancy.

Assist in all inquiries of Zoning and Planning.

Fire inspection.

Zoning variances and appeals.

Sub-Divisions.
